It is compatible to use with all Film processing, Extrusion Sheet and also Injection Molding. It is safe to use for all Plastic machineries such as Film blowing machine, Extrusion Sheet, Blow Molding and Injection molding machine. It can be widely used with any processes condition from 160°C up to 280°C.

1. Permanent Odor Absorbent Masterbatch:
for injection molding, blow-film and cast film extrusion.
Is well suited for applications requiring removal moisture and odor-causing organic compounds from polymers and other formulations.
2. Compatibilizer Masterbatch:
increase the compatibility between virgin and recycled material. With THMP’s Product, post-consumer polyethylene and polypropylene can be reprocessed with virgin resin without the need for prior sorting.
The function of compatibilizer, is to increase the performance of the regenerated material during the transformation phase between polyethylene and polypropylene obtained from post-consumer recycling. That allow to incorporate a greater quantity of it into finished products, even in high value-added applications where it is requested the absence of specs and gels.
This offers manufacturers the opportunity to obtain higher quality products, increase recycled content and access new alternative sources of raw materials low price.
3. Desiccant Masterbatch:

used in product sorting systems plastic waste.
The formulation of the masterbatches makes dark or black colored trays, films and bottles made of molded, blown or extruded polyethylene, polypropylene and PET identifiable by NIR sensors.
